Shipping & Returns


Upon placing an order you will receive an email confirmation from summarizing your order details.  Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within 1 business day if the order is placed before 2:00pm CST, pending credit verification. Orders placed after 2:00pm CST on Friday will process and ship the following Monday.
Complimentary ground shipping on US domestic orders over $150. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday excluding the Holidays.  We require a signature on order over $500. All order under $500 are shipped without a signature requirement .  20twelve is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If you would like for us to place a signature requirement on your package, please email our customer experience team at, and we will update your order.
Sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to Tennessee at 9.75%. International shipping is not offered at this time.
Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email followed by additional emails with your tracking information.




Our Return Policy varies depending on whether you purchased your item in store or online.

Because you were able to touch and feel the item, as well as try it on for fit and size with the help of our stylists, we will accept returns and exchanges for store credit on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 7 days of the purchase date. All Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

We will happily accept returns or exchanges on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with store security tags within 7 days of the purchase date.  

Merchandise must be received back in the store within 7 days of the purchase date.  Please do not use shoe boxes to ship footwear--footwear and shoe box must be shipped within a larger box. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels.  

All Sale Merchandise,  Jewelry, Sunglasses, Swimsuits and Lingerie are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.  If sent back, nonreturnable items will not be refunded, credited, or returned back to the customer.

To initiate a return, please email our team at Once a return request has been received, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label within 1 business day. 

Please be sure to initiate and mail your return back within 7 days of receiving it to be eligible for a refund.



1. Login to the Returns Portal here and enter your order number and email.

2. Select the items you'd like to return from your order with the reason code and quantity selected.

3. Select the refund option you'd like. You can choose between store credit and refunds to your original payment. 

4. Once you submit, you will be directed to print your shipping label. 

5. Use this label to mail your return back. You will be able to track your return. An email will be sent with this tracking information. 

Only send returns using the pre-paid return label emailed to you so that we have the ability to track the return. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

Receiving a Refund

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our office. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the original purchase  (please allow up to 5-10 business days for your institution to post the refund to your account) or you will receive store credit immediately if you selected that as your refund option.
