Description

The Flourish dress is the dress of the season. Oversized and gathered it can be worn as a loose tunic over jeans or as a short dress on hot days. To give a bit of shape it comes with a self fabric belt to help define the waistline. The main feature though is its exaggerated flounced sleeves which flutter and dance with each wave of the arm.
